All payment are processed instantly and are final. Once a payment has been processed or a service has been paid it is impossible to reverse.
Payment are reflected immediately after all the information submitted is valid. You can view your transaction history with the current status of your transaction (PENDING, FAILED OR SUCCESSFUL)
You receive a feedback on your screen and also a push notification once payment is sent. You can also check payment status by reviewing your transaction history when logged in. You can request call back on our contact us page and our customer service representatives will reach out to you on your registered email address and phone number.
You can add money with your debit or credit card (Visa or Master Card) or your Mobile Money wallet. You can also request funds from other ezipay wallet holders using the “Make Payment Request” option.
