WHY DID MY PAYMENT FAIL?
  • Generally, Unsuccessful payments are caused by all or one of the following reasons:

  • If you used a credit card or debit card, it’s either you have insufficient funds in the account or the card in use has not been profiled for Verify by Visa/MasterCard secure code.

  • Your bank did not authorize this specific payment or amount. This may happen the first time you transact online. Once your bank authorizes and approved, you should be able to transact seamlessly.

  • To protect you from accidental double-payments, EziPay may reject identical payments (same amount to the same service) made immediately after each other.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A PAYMENT WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED?
  • All payment are processed instantly and are final. Once a payment has been processed or a service has been paid it is impossible to reverse.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PAYMENTS TO TAKE EFFECT AND REFLECT?
  • Payment are reflected immediately after all the information submitted is valid. You can view your transaction history with the current status of your transaction (PENDING, FAILED OR SUCCESSFUL)

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY BILL HAS BEEN PAID?
  • You receive a feedback on your screen and also a push notification once payment is sent. You can also check payment status by reviewing your transaction history when logged in. You can also contact us at support@ezipaygh.com or via phone if you require assistance. You can request call back on our contact us page and our customer service representatives will reach out to you on your registered email address and phone number.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ADD MONEY?
  • You can add money with your debit or credit card (Visa or Master Card) or your Mobile Money wallet. You can also request funds from other ezipay wallet holders using the “Make Payment Request” option.

  • You are able to make payments at any time.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER?
  • This information is collected at the time of signing up to verify and confirm your identity. This information is protected with bank-level security and we will never sell your personal information.

HOW SECURE/PROTECTED IS EZIPAY?
  • Ezipay is highly secure and protected with SSL encryption to create a secure connection with its users. We do not save or store your card details nor do we have access to personal information or bank account.

  • The privacy of our clients and consumers is our topmost priority. As such all credential data is encrypted in a closed system and accessed by the appropriate parties once consent is given. Our technical partners (Ezipay) are mandated to handle Identity and Authentication, thus, we do not have the authorization privileges to view credential data.
